A: We would not hold a property for an application, but if you submit one in a timely manner we would take your application into consideration.

A: No, only the security deposit, and first month’s rent!

A: Yes, depending on the state of the property during move-out inspection minus cleaning fee.

Q: How do I pay rent?
A: We make rental payments easy by linking your bank to us through Zillow rental payments. You can set up to pay automatically online and hassle free. You can also pay with Credit or Debit Card (for an additional fee to Zillow).

Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?
A: Make sure you are looking to rent one of our properties that allows pets and then enjoy your new furry, or scaley, friend! We do charge a non-refundable pet deposit.

Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
A: If you are at the expiration of the lease terms, we can work out the next steps in the process. Best case scenario your roommate helps find a qualified tenant to move-in and everyone is happy!

Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
A: Submit in writing at least 30 days prior of your intentions to vacate and we’ll help you with making sure there are no surprises with the move-out process.

Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
A: If the issue has not been caused by negligence or normal wear and tear, then we will handle the repairs!
